By using WebsiteSale.com, you (“user,” “buyer,” “seller”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before listing, buying, or engaging with our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.

• By registering, you confirm that you have the legal right and authority to buy, sell, or list the digital assets in question.

• You may not use WebsiteSale.com if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws.

2. Marketplace Services

WebsiteSale.com provides a neutral platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not take ownership of the websites or domains being sold, nor do we guarantee the success of any transaction.

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, lawful, and free of third-party claims.

• Buyers are responsible for performing due diligence before purchasing.

• WebsiteSale.com may, at its discretion, remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Fees & Payments

Using WebsiteSale.com may involve the following fees:

a) Listing Fees

• Sellers may be required to pay a non-refundable listing fee to publish their website or domain for sale.

• Listing fees are charged per item and vary based on category, duration, and promotional options.

b) Commission Fees

• WebsiteSale.com charges a commission fee on successful sales.

• Commission is calculated as a percentage (%) of the final sale price agreed upon by buyer and seller.

• Commission is deducted automatically from the transaction or billed to the seller after the sale closes.

c) Escrow & Middleman Safety Fees

• All transactions may be processed via third-party escrow services (e.g., Escrow.com) for buyer and seller protection.

• Escrow fees are typically shared equally between buyer and seller unless otherwise agreed.

• Additional middleman safety fees may apply if WebsiteSale.com assists directly in holding funds or mediating disputes.

d) Payment Processing Fees

• Payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, CoinGate, BTCPay) may charge transaction fees.

• These fees are separate from WebsiteSale.com’s fees and are the responsibility of the parties involved.

4. Escrow & Transaction Process

• To ensure safe transactions, WebsiteSale.com strongly recommends the use of escrow services.

• Funds remain in escrow until the buyer confirms successful transfer of the digital asset.

• Once confirmed, funds are released to the seller, minus applicable fees.

• WebsiteSale.com is not liable for disputes arising outside of our recommended escrow process.

5. User Responsibilities

Sellers Must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about listings.

• Own or have legal rights to sell the asset.

• Deliver the website/domain to the buyer once payment is confirmed.

Buyers Must:

• Conduct proper due diligence before making offers.

• Provide payment promptly through approved methods.

• Confirm receipt of the asset in escrow to release funds.

Prohibited Activities:

• Fraudulent or misleading listings.

• Sale of illegal, counterfeit, or stolen assets.

• Circumventing WebsiteSale.com’s payment systems or fees.

• Harassment, spam, or misuse of the platform.

6. Refunds & Disputes

• Listing fees are non-refundable.

• Commission fees are only charged on completed sales and are non-refundable once a transaction is finalized.

• Escrow disputes must be resolved directly with the escrow provider.

• WebsiteSale.com may, at its discretion, assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee outcomes.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms,

• Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity,

• Fail to pay fees owed to WebsiteSale.com.

Suspended or terminated users may lose access to active listings and funds held in escrow.

8. Limitation of Liability

• WebsiteSale.com provides a neutral marketplace “as is” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Accuracy of listings,

  • Success of transactions,

  • Losses due to fraud, misrepresentation, or non-performance by other users.

• Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total fees paid to WebsiteSale.com in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute WebsiteSale.com’s content or software without permission.

• Listings remain the property of the seller until legally transferred to the buyer.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of United Kingdom. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in United Kingdom

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to WebsiteSale.com. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
